We’re going to walk you step-by-step through how to make a cream for stretch marks…

How to make a Cream for Stretch MarksWhile making this cream, we are going to use the following materials.  I have always said that diet also needs to accompany these treatments, because using this cream will not help you at all if you don’t follow a healthy diet.  For this cream, we are going to use:

  • Bee’s wax, 100 grams
  • Almond oil, 10 drops
  • Mother tincture of horsetail, 10 drops
  • Rose hip oil, 5 drops

Directions for preparing the stretch marks cream

Place the bee’s wax in a double boiler.  Once melted, add the almond oil and the horsetail tincture.

Mix everything well and add the rose hip oil.

Continue mixing until all ingredients are well mixed.  Your cream is ready.

It’s best to use this cream after showering, massaging the area in circular, ascending motions, until the skin is completely penetrated.

If you are pregnant, use just the almond cream to prevent stretch marks.
