Avocado is a green fruit with a buttery consistency and a very versatile taste that can be combined with practically any dish. There are several different ways to cook with avocados. They have very nutritive properties that can be used to treat a long list of conditions, their nutrients are so extensive that they can even substitute animal meat, due to its high protein.

Natural treatments with Avocado
Avocado treatment to cure arthritis: your diet should consist of raw foods, carrot juice with celery during mid-morning, and eating two avocados a day. Begin the day with two tablespoons of olive oil and a glass of water with the juice from two lemons. Add a piece of fresh ginger to your vegetable juices.
Avocado treatment to cure and prevent hair loss: Drink nettle tea before breakfast with the juice from half a lemon. Eat two avocados throughout the day, making sure they are raw and of good consistency. You should also include fresh vegetable juices in your diet, and give your scalp a massage every night. Tilt your head back and gently rub your fingertips in a circular motion, to circulate blood and nutrients. Relax your tension and focus on your scalp. We also recommend that you apply an avocado mixture with one egg yolk and extra-virgin olive oil, twice a week on your hair. Leave the mixture on for as long as you can, then wash your hair with aloe shampoo.
Dry hair: eat ripe avocado and apply it to your hair, avoiding the scalp.
Avocado treatment for rickets: eat two avocados a day, combines with raw salads or steamed vegetables.
Avocado treatment to cure the skin: acne, rosacea, pimples, wrinkly or aged skin can all be cured and rejuvenated in just 20 days if you eat a raw diet along with two avocados a day. Drink two liters of water a day and start the day by drinking a glass of warm water with the juice from one lemon. Include whole grain rice or steamed vegetables and vegetable soup in your diet. Taking brewer’s yeast will also help heal and rejuvenate your skin. If you have acne, we recommend applying green clay twice a week.

You should add walnuts, oranges, beets and almonds to your diet, and take brewer’s yeast supplements.
Avocado treatment to cure tendons and muscle pain: eat a raw diet along with two raw avocados for one week. Drink fresh vegetable juices and combine avocado with whole grain rice or steamed vegetables. Put the avocado meat on the affected area and hold the poultice there for a while. Rinse after gently massaging the area.

How to prepare avocado oil
Allow 3 avocados to go bad, then remove the meat once it is soft and smooth. Add the meat to a plate and place it tilted in the window facing the sun. Place a bowl underneath so that when the oil separates from the meat, it falls directly into the bowl. Once you have enough oil, put it in a double boiler to separate the water, then filter the oil out with a cotton cloth. Store the oil that you collect in a container in the fridge and use it to prepare mixtures for your hair, skin or to cure arthritis.
