If you are surprised by this topic, you need to know that it is very easy to get parasites.  Intestinal parasites affect almost everyone, due to poor food handling or lack of personal hygiene.

For example: improperly washing fruits and vegetables, contact with contaminated water and eating pork or fish that have been contaminated by parasites.  There are four types of intestinal parasites or worms: ascaris, giardia, pinworms, and tapeworm.

Natural remedies for De-Worm

Below, we are going to detail a few natural remedies that are frequently used to eliminate intestinal parasites, based on:

There is a remedy to eliminate intestinal parasites which consists of cutting three cloves of garlic into very small pieces, place them in a glass and pour very hot water over them.  Let set all night and drink the water the following morning before breakfast.  If you have tapeworm, follow the diet below, which consists of spending an entire day eating onion salad with garlic and walnuts.

Herbs

Another very effective home remedy that facilitates intestinal parasite removal without causing discomfort in the digestive tract is to combine licorice root with agrimonia, chamomile, absinth and marshmallow.  You could also drink a mint infusion.  To do so, boil a handful of mint leaves in one liter of water for a few minutes, then strain and serve.

Mix 2 tablespoons of dry, crushed pumpkin seeds in half a glass of warm water and drink before breakfast.  Then drink 1/4 cup of milk before breakfast, and add 4 blended pumpkin seeds.

Fruit

Drink 1/4 glass of orange juice, 2 tablespoon of papaya seed juice, and 2 tablespoons of olive oil, which will help eliminate the parasite.  Or, drink 2 tablespoons of honey with orange peel soaked in water.  Lastly, eat onions, avocado and papaya, which are perfect foods to add to salads or pastries.

For children

For minors, boil one teaspoon of thyme, half a teaspoon of gentian root, half a teaspoon of bitter chamomile and half a glass of water for 10 minutes.  Remove from heat and let set for another 10 minutes.  Drink before breakfast for 9 days if the child is between 9 and 12 years of age.  Double the dose for adults, and reduce by half for babies.

See the doctor

Remember that parasites are living beings that learn, which is why we recommend following your doctor’s orders for effective treatment and to avoid creating resistant colonies of parasites.

It’s best to perform a fecal study every 6 months to prevent spreading parasites, not only throughout your body, but also to other members of your family.
