This recipe is just as effective as those expensive, chemical based ones you can buy.
I’m going to show you a few ingredients that are easy to find in the kitchen.
- 100 grams. white granulated sugar
- 100 grams sea salt, fine
- 100 grams coarsely ground oatmeal
- 1 Tbsp. almond oil (if you don’t have enough good almond oil you can substitute it with extra-virgin olive oil)
- 1 Tbsp. honey
Mix all ingredients in a large bowl and massage into moist skin. Rinse deeply. Use this mixture every time you shower. The sugar has an antibacterial effect and promotes healing in skin wounds. The salt helps shine the skin and the oatmeal flour softens skin.
