Natural Skin Regenerator
Argan Oil is a very common component in several cosmetic product. So much so that we have decided to stop and think about what argan oil is and what its benefits are for the body.
It is a substance obtained by the fruits of a tree that grows in a specific region in Morroco. This species can withstand very high temperatures and can grow to a height of 10 meters. The fruit that produces argon oil is very similar to olives, even though it is yellow or red. This oil has been used for centuries in the Berbers tribes for its benefits.
Argan oil is a substance comprised of 80% essential fatty acids like linoleic acid, alpha-linoleic, oleic and arachidonic acid. It also contains large amounts of vitamin E, which makes it a potent skin and hair rejuvenator. It is also good at reconstructing and renovating cells.
Its high antioxidant content makes argan oil a potent wrinkle remover, as it prevents the body from the harmful effects of free radicals. This regenerative power for the skin makes it a good remedy for preventing the discomforts caused by sun burns. It could also be a good ally for treating acne, psoriasis, and neurodermatitis.
We must also point out its medicinal properties. It is a good antiseptic, as it is useful for cleaning minor wounds, and using it can even prevent fungal growth. Hair is also benefited from the properties of argan oil, and using it as a mask can be a potent remedy for curing dry and brittle hair.
It is also a potent sun screen for hair if mixed with olive oil. Nails can also be benefited by the effects of argan oil, as it is a potent revitalizer that makes the nails stronger if mixed with lemon.
Argan oil can be found in herb stores and special stores. It comes in 100% purse essential oil, or it could be mixed with other oils.
