The sun and the passage of time makes our faces look damaged, dull and lifeless. The large majority of women are willing to pay large amounts of money to have whiter skin, free of sun marks, even without considering the side effects that all these products could bring along with clearing up the skin. They could cause situations, like leaving the skin more stained than before, or any sort of other problems.
Natural products to whiten your skin
Dead cells make your skin look dark and dull, and consuming milk every day gives your skin a special shine, while at the same time eliminating all dead cells. Drinking it periodically will make your skin look younger, renovated and clean.
Blueberries are a popular antioxidant because the tannins they possess are antioxidants which prevent melanin production. This keeps skin clear, soft and young.
Although you may not believe it, a lot of whitening products contain papaya because it is helpful in renovating dead skin to make it look radiant and young. It also helps to reduce dark spots caused by the sun. Not only that, but it also contains vitamin C, which increases its antioxidant properties. Prepare a small papaya puree and apply it as a mask to the affected area for 10 to 20 minutes. Do this every third day for good results.

In the blender, mix the juice of one lemon with one tomato and apply a fine layer of this mixture to your skin. Let it set for 15 minutes, then rinse with warm water and soap. Dry your skin with a soft towel. The lemon juice with tomato makes skin look bright and clear. Little by little, your skin will get used to the lemon.
Honey is a natural whitener that also cures skin diseases like pimples, acne, and much more. Honey can enter pores and clean deeply. What you need to do is, before going to bed, prepare a hydrating mask by mixing 1 teaspoon of lemon juice with one teaspoon of honey and apply it to your skin. After 15 minutes, you should remove the mask with hot water and soap and dry with a soft towel.

To keep your skin white and free of dead cells, you need to exfoliate once a week with sugar and olive oil. Prepare a paste by mixing one tablespoon of normal sugar with one tablespoon of olive oil. Apply the paste with your fingers, massaging your skin with circular movements. You can let it set for 15 minutes, and then remove it with hot water.
Yogurt is another excellent remedy for clearing up skin because it contains lactic acid. A lot of skin whitening creams are made with a lactic acid base, to create more luminous skin. In order to use this yogurt method, all you need to do is apply plain yogurt as a mask to the affected area. You can also mix a bit of oatmeal and sugar to obtain better results.
As you can see, there are a lot of options for keeping your skin white and free of dead cells that make skin look sad and dull. All you need to do is be consistent with any of the above tips, and with very little money, you will have beautiful skin that is bright and young.
Of course, you shouldn’t forget that sun rays are more and more harmful, and you should use some degree of sunscreen to avoid these terrible stains. Not only that, you could also prevent cancer.
