Magnesium chloride can be used to treat anywhere from spinal problems (sciatic nerve or lower back pain) to prostate problems and being overweight.  Magnesium chloride is a wonderful health and beauty supplement, and it helps treat, prevents and cure a long list of diseases and conditions, including coughs and the flu, to tumors and cancer.  It also helps the body regain health, and rejuvenate cells and tissues.

Magnesium chloride treatments for the Spine, Sciatic Nerve or Lower Back

Take a heaping spoonful of magnesium chloride three times a day, in the morning, afternoon and night. Try to eliminate refined foods from your diet, like sugar and white or processed baked goods.

Once you are better, continue taking it to prevent a recurrence, but slowly decrease the dosage to one or two doses a day, according to your age.

Magnesium Chloride treatment for Osteoarthritis, Arthritis, and Joint Problems, including uric acid accumulation, calcium loss, etc.

Take two tablespoons a day, starting before breakfast with drinking a glass of warm water with the juice from one lemon in it.  Wait 20 minutes, then take your magnesium chloride.  I recommend that you include fresh ginger juice in your diet, along with carrots or oranges, to increase the healing effects.  Drink this juice on an empty stomach, 30 minutes before each meal.  Avoid red meat and poultr, as well as refined flour and white sugar

Magnesium Chloride treatment for Obesity, High Cholesterol, High Triglycerides, Fatty Liver, Excess Weight, Cellulite, etc.

Take two to three tablespoons.  If you are older than 40 years of age, take 3 tablespoons, if younger than 40, simply 2 tablespoons.  It is also very important that you avoid red meat and cow’s milk, and include aloe in your daily diet with lemon.  Drink at least two liters of water a day to remove toxins and accumulated fat from your body.

Magnesium Chloride treatment for Infections, Hemorrhoids, Diverticulitis, Constipation, Colitis, Gastritis, Intestinal Problems, etc.

Take two tablespoons of magnesium chloride, one in the morning and at night, starting your day with a glass of warm lemon water.  Then after 20 minutes have passed, take your tablespoon of magnesium chloride, then eat breakfast.  In this case, we recommend starting your breakfast with a large plate of fresh papaya and a bite of raw oatmeal on top, along with a few pieces of almond.  Avoid eating red meat and poultry, white sugar and flour, and avoid cow’s milk and cheeses at all costs, which are aggressive to the stomach.  They also lead to bacteria and toxin accumulation in the intestines and blood.

Magnesium Chloride treatment for Fatigue, Depression, Nervousness, Anxiety, Insomnia, etc.

Take two tablespoons of magnesium chloride a day.  For increasing results and accelerating treatment, we recommend avoiding all kinds of simple sugars, like refined flour and sugar, which are terrible for the nervous system.  You should include a plate of pineapple with your breakfast, and do not mix with any other food.  Eat almonds, walnuts, and drink at least two liters of fresh water a day.  Remember to exercise in order to help the body release tensions and emotions that accumulate in the body.

Take 3 tablespoons of magnesium chloride if you are older than 40 years of age, if younger, simply take 2 tablespoons a day.  It is very important that you avoid cow’s milk and red meat and poultry, and accompany your treatment by taking primrose or evening primrose oil.

Treatment for external leg ulcers, diabetic’s foot, skin fungi, rashes, etc.

Take one tablespoon of magnesium chloride a day.  For a treatment supplment, start your mornings by drinking boldo tea with lemon juice squeezed in it.  Try to follow a diet almost entirely of raw and steamed vegetables, whole grain rice, walnuts, almonds, and dried fruit, and also eat one avocado a day, rather than meat.  You definitely should avoid meat, especially if you are older than 40 years of age.

Treatment for kidney problems, uric acid accumulation, swelling in the joints, etc.

Take one or two tablespoons a day, according to the problem.  You should also keep in mind that if you are treating uric acid in your joints, it is because your kidneys are failing to remove it, due to a lack of magnesium.  You should make sure your kidneys do not deteriorate.  Take magnesium chloride, and if you don’t notice any improvement, increase by one tablespoon a day and avoid all red meat and poultry, and especially refined sugar and cow’s milk.

Treatment for Prostate Problems

Take two to three tablespoons of magnesium chloride.  If you are older than 50, take three.  Follow a healthy diet with plenty of fresh and steamed vegetables, whole foods, and avoid cow’s milk and refined flour and sugar.  An older man told me that after not being able to urinate, the night before his operation someone told him to take three tablespoons of magnesium chloride, and he started to get better.  After one week, he had completely healed, and he did not need surgery.
