Exercises, Plants and Foods for a Larger Bust, without Surgery

A lot of women want to have larger breasts, either to breast feed their children better, or to look good and to feel better about their bodies. The truth is, there’s nothing bad about having fairly smalls breasts, as this is not an indicator for health, or one’s ability to breastfeed future babies. However, for those that do want to increase their breast size naturally, it’s important that they know what their natural options are. This could be useful if you’re trying to avoid having surgery.
Surgery is not only costly, but there are also risks involved as well. A lot of women don’t want a radical change, but rather a small change, and therefore don’t truly want surgery.
Exercises to increase your breast size
Arm flexes: push ups or arm flexes are great not only for the arms, but they also strengthen the muscles underneath the breasts (the pectoral muscles). This helps provide more volume to the breasts.
How to do them: Start face down on the ground. Place your hands at your shoulders, and lift your body up, pushing against the ground until your arms are straight. Complete push-ups require that your knees are off the ground, but if you’re just starting out, bend your knees against the ground to get up. Try to do 2 or 3 sets of 10 reps throughout the day. If you’re just starting out, however, you may need to simply cut this in half.
Lift weights: A few weights around 5.5 pounds can help work your pecs.
How to do it: Rest your hands on your thighs and raise them, holding the weights. Bend your arms back down to your chest. Try to do 2 sets of 8 reps, twice a day for best results.

Some plants are beneficial for having larger breasts. This effect is caused by foods that contain phytoestrogens, a compound that acts similar to estrogen.
When consuming these plants or their extracts, it is believed to activate growth of breast tissue.
1. Fenugreek
This plant is rich in phytoestrogens and is often used to increase milk production while breastfeeding. It is also used to natural activate bust growth.
Fenugreek is said to stimulate the production of prolactin, and therefore promotes breast development.
2. Damiana
Damiana is a plant that is commonly used to treat hormonal imbalances, but it is often times used to increase breast size. Its components can imitate the development of breast glands.
3. Wild Yam
This is one of the most commonly used plants for increasing breast size. It is popular because it is rich in phytoestrogens. It also helps symptoms associated with hormonal imbalances during menopause and premenstrual syndrome.
It is commonly consumed as a tea, but it is also used as a powder. Wild yam powder can be added to creams for breast massages to stimulate growth.

These are often times found in supplements for increasing bust size, and they are very popular for this reason. But in order to obtain the desired effect, the seeds or seed extract must be consumed. Fennel can also be used to improve milk production and as an aphrodisiac.
At any rate, we recommend looking over the contraindications for each and every one of these plants, and always follow the recommended dosage.
Foods for getting a larger bust
In addition to the plants previously mentioned, some foods are rich in phytoestrogens, and can also be useful for getting a larger bust. These foods are plant based, meaning they are also very healthy.
Consuming these foods habitually could help you get slightly larger breasts. Foods rich in phytoestrogens include soy, whole grain, oily nuts like chestnuts, cashews, walnuts, etc. Fruit and vegetable juices include apple, peach, strawberry, etc.
Be careful with pills
Although some estrogen pills claim to have the ability to increase breast size, these types of pills should not be used for this purpose. They can also increase your risk of suffering from breast cancer.
It’s also a good idea not to use even the extracts, or plants with phytoestrogens, if you have a family history of hormone related cancers, or hormone-dependent tumors. Even though these are natural supplements, they could be a risk for you.
