Some tips for having perfect feet. Our feet do a lot for us; they support our weight for several long hours, we walk on them, and a lot of times they have to withstand uncomfortable footwear.  They can swell, become rough, form callouses, and more, which is not only uncomfortable, but it doesn’t look very good either.  That’s why I am going to share with you a few pieces of advice for keeping them healthy.

Advice for Perfect FeetIt’s normal for your feet to hurt, and possibly even swell after an arduous day of work.  To rid yourself of this problem, apply parsley tea compresses, and if you want to make your rest even more effective, keep your legs raised for one minute.

Softened feet

For your feet to once again look wonderful, all you need to do is apply an exfoliating treatment after bathing.  You can do this once or twice a week:

1. Start by mixing two handful of salt grains, three teaspoons of avocado oil, and two drops of mint oil.

2. Massage them for three minutes with this mixture and then soak them in warm water to remove any excess product.  This is wonderful because not only does it remove callouses, but it also refreshes them and prevents them from smelling bad.

You could also use the following softening mask for soft feet:

1. Mix one egg white with 1/2 cup of oats and 3 tablespoons of lemon juice.  Add 3 tablespoons of cow’s milk.  This should create a thick mask.

2. Apply the preparation to each foot, and once it has dried, remove with water.  Try to use the coldest water possible.  You are going to love how soft your feet feel afterward.

Eliminate callouses

If you have a few callouses and they have grown stronger on your feet, now is the time to get rid of them so that you can show them off in your sandals.  Place a piece of pineapple over your callous and tape it over your skin.  Put on socks so it doesn’t move, and go to bed.  Take it off the following morning, and do this for a least one week to get results.

Odorless feet

In order to fight food odor, all you need to do is pour two teaspoons of apple cider vinegar into one cup of mint tea and keep it in the fridge.  Rub the mixture over your feet every day after bathing, and your problems will be over.  You are going to be very happy!

If you constantly use tennis shoes or sneakers for running, you might suffer from bad foot odor because your shoes are made with synthetic materials.  Mix two teaspoons of chamomile with 1/4 cup of cornflower and blend until the powder is well mixed.  Sprinkle in your shoe daily and forget about your problem.

One trick for nail care

For a good pedicure, quickly remove the cuticles from your nails without cutting yourself.  Apply a solution made of one tablespoon of pineapple juice, one egg yolk, and 1/4 cup of apple cider vinegar.

Soak your feet for 30 minutes before your pedicure, which will not only make the job easier, but it will also soften any hard spots.
