Foods to make you Look Younger
1 – Apples
This fruit has excellent properties for fighting free radicals, the agents responsible for aging. This is because of the antioxidants they contain, along with the polyphenols. These elements can even lengthen life expectancy and help preserve “youthful” characteristics, in spite of aging, according to a study on fruit flies, from the Chinese University in Hong Kong.
2 – Red wine
Red wine stands out because it too contains those famous polyphenols. That’s why a lot of doctors currently recommend drinking up to 300 mL of red wine a day.
3 – Green tea
Due to its high polyphenol antioxidant content, green tea is recommended not only as a drink, but it can also be used in masks to help you look more beautiful, young and prevents the appearance of wrinkles. Mix one teaspoon of green tea in a glass of water and let it cool. If you want a fresher sensation, put it in the refrigerator.
4 – Salmon
This fish is rich in Omega-3’s, an essential fatty acid that not only benefits cardiovascular health, but it also reduces triglyceride and cholesterol levels. It also contributes to younger, more elastic and smooth skin, preventing dryness and aging.
5 – Honey
In order to benefit from honey and to look younger, you don’t need to consume it. You can also apply it in masks. This will help fight the presence of free radicals, which are responsible for aging. A few tips: dilute it in warm milk and rub it on your body and face to exfoliate. Likewise, mix one egg yolk and almond oil in to remove skin dryness. Then, use lemon juice to remove the oil.
6 – Spinach
This vegetable is a rich source of antioxidants, and in the beauty field it is also frequently used as a main ingredient for preparing masks that fight wrinkles. How is it used? Wash 250 grams of spinach and strain them. Then blend them, and cook them in half a liter of milk. Remove all the liquid and place a few in between two bandages and spread over your skin. By doing this just once a week, you will notice your face becoming much more luminous and smooth.
